Definers in 2018
Founded in 2015, Definers is now entering its fourth year with the same commitment to providing quality strategic communications, research, rapid response, and warroom-style media monitoring to our clients that we had on Day One. It’s that commitment that has helped us grow from three employees in 2015 to more than 30 today with offices in Washington, D.C., San Francisco, and an affiliate organization in London. Our bottom-line remains working with our clients to advance their objectives. In the span of three years, we’ve helped clients – whether they are companies, trade associations, or individuals – in all major industries. We’ve worked with Fortune 50 companies as well as small businesses to navigate the press and define their communications narratives.
As we’ve grown, we have also expanded the services that we can provide to clients. In 2017, we introduced our media monitoring Console-system that gives our clients a unique platform for their news content so they can see the press coverage shaping their narratives. We have built out a comprehensive digital team that includes social media specialists and web developers. We now offer dedicated specialty services such as field research, FOIA research, and graphic design. The Definers system now works with clients all the way from content creation to communications execution.
What drives our company on a day-to-day basis is a commitment to our clients to actually put points on the board for them while striving to innovate so we can become more comprehensive and imaginative in the strategies and services we provide our clients. We have an amazing team, and with our clients, we want to become an integral part of their amazing teams too.
