Eric Wilson Joins Definers as Chief Digital Officer
Former Rubio, Gillespie Digital Chief Brings Expertise to Definers
WASHINGTON, DC, AUGUST 29, 2018 — Definers Public Affairs, a strategic communications and research consulting firm based in Washington, D.C. and California, announced today that Eric Wilson is joining the firm as Chief Digital Officer and Senior Vice President.

A veteran in the campaign world with digital and political experience, Wilson led Marco Rubio’s digital team during his 2016 campaign for president and served as digital director of Ed Gillespie’s campaign for Virginia Governor in 2017 and 2014 bid for Senate. Wilson has also worked as an advisor on digital strategy for the National Republican Senatorial Campaign in 2016. He also took his work international, working with the Liberal Party of Australia in 2016. In addition, Eric has held key digital strategy positions at the American Action Network, Engage, and the House of Representatives. Wilson is a graduate of the University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee and the Texas Academy of Mathematics and Science at the University of North Texas.
