Scott Cotter has extensive experience providing operational and financial leadership to manage and grow enterprise value in emerging growth companies. Scott has served as CFO for organizations ranging from public policy to cyber security, and from start-up to publicly-traded.
Scott currently serves on the board of directors for a number of for-profit and nonprofit organizations; these include the Tech Council of Maryland’s Venture Mentoring Service and University of Baltimore’s Merrick School of Business’ Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, where he received both a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Master of Business Administration degree.
Scott was born and raised outside of Baltimore with close family ties to West Virginia. He lives in the District of Columbia with his wife and two daughters. Scott proudly served in the United States Marine Corps.
